Product Development Engineer Summer Internship - Co-Op

This will be an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast paced and client focused environment. Our summer internship and Co-Op programs serve as a talent pipeline for our Early Careers Program throughout the organization.We are considering individuals who are excited about working in our state of the art facility in Miamisburg, OH.What you will be doingMedia/Customization ProjectsSupport media/customization projects in the Food/CPG and Apparel/Retail segments covering end-to-end process including translating client requirements into product specification and item code/Bill of Materials documentation to enable design, sampling, testing, and release to production working within a supportive, collaborative, and global cross-functional team environmentClosely collaborate with Product Development Managers and Product Line Managers in support of implementation, execution and delivery of customized products.Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for the media/customization process with the objectives of simplification, quality and speed as guiding principles.Strong project and time management skills, verbal and written communication skills, analytical reasoning, critical thinking, problem-solving, statistical data analysis, and work towards knowledge acquisition.
