Job Title: Mechanical AssemblerJob DescriptionBuild and program robotics for a variety of manufacturing applications.Responsibilities
Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of robotic production equipment and their housing cells.
Build mechanical assemblies such as cages around robots.
Conduct electrical assembly, including wiring.
Use drawings and blueprints for all assembly tasks.
Utilize hand and pneumatic power tools.
Lift up to 50 pounds, with some team lifts for heavier items.
Perform motor testing and wiring (not live wirings).
Adapt to a dynamic work environment with a significant learning curve of about 6 months.

Mechanical assembly
Mechanical aptitude
Proficiency with hand and power tools (wrenches, sockets, drivers)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience in electrical wiring
Familiarity with robotics
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Mechanical history (mechanics, machine building, home remodeling, etc.)
Willingness to read blueprints/work prints throughout the shift
Comfortable with daily task variations
Possibly an associate's degree in automation
Experience in automation after 1+ year
