Typical Day: Working supervisory position - 80% of the day will be spent on the floor in the first year learning the assembly processes, product line, industry, etc. Build components, sub-assemblies, and full cabinets from start to finish. Responsible for hiring, managing performance standards of personnel, training new and current personnel. Schedule and assign technicians to meet production deadlines. Oversee and monitor work quality of shop personnel. Perform necessary quality control procedures on all finished products. Manage inventory levels of essential components.MUST HAVES:
4+ years' electrical wiring experience
2+ years' hand soldering experience
3+ years' lead or supervisory experience
Ability to read wiring diagrams
