Bellefaire JCB helps more than 43,000 youth and their families yearly achieve resiliency, dignity and self-sufficiency through its more than 25 programs.Position Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Medina Programs, the CAGS Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for providing clinical and administrative supervision and training to assigned staff members, managing program census, and monitoring the assigned budget.Responsibilities Include:

Provide administrative supervision to program staff including, but not limited to, hiring, supervision, evaluation, and disciplinary actions of employees.

Provide individual and group clinical supervision to CAGS staff.

Provide staff training programs to provide necessary skills to implement the After School Program.

Facilitate the implementation of clinical planning for clients as designed by the treatment team.

Identify treatment goals for all CAGS clients.

Review and approve all proposed group curricula, ensuring that all curricula are based upon individual client treatment goals and supported by treatment plans.

Collaborate with parents, case managers, school personnel and other professionals on an as-needed basis to facilitate clients’ treatment progress.

Oversight of day to day group programming including assuring the safety of clients and staff.

Protect clients from physical and emotional harm emanating from themselves, others, or the environment including use of the Therapeutic Crisis Model of Intervention, utilizing physical restraints as necessary.

Participate in research activities to provide for the evaluation of the program’s effectiveness and consumer satisfaction.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of the clinical record through the timely completion of assigned documentation in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field.

Valid Ohio LISW or LPCC required.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in the mental health field and experience working with children, adolescents, and their families. Experience in clinical and administrative supervision preferred. Experience in public relations and community development strongly preferred.
