In this role, you will also manage communications with care managers and post-acute care service providers and recommend marketing strategies based on customer relationships and trend data.A caregiver in this position works from 9:00AM - 5:30PM.A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Identify appropriate referral sources and build positive business relationships.
Provide education about Cleveland Clinic homecare services to the referral source and to patients.
Meet/exceed established referral goals.
Facilitate accurate and timely completion of required documentation.
Serve as the primary contact for the referral source and ensure a positive ongoing relationship between the referral source and Cleveland Clinic homecare.
Analyze referral source data, monitor the local market and the competition and work with the marketing team to develop collateral.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Ohio Driver's License (DL) and proof of Automobile Insurance coverage of $100,000/$300,000
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Health Education or related field
Previous Healthcare or marketing experience

Manual dexterity to operate office equipment
Some periods of sitting, standing, and the ability to walk to various locations throughout the community to attend meetings

Pay RangeMinimum hourly: $22.85Maximum hourly: $34.85The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
