Education/Experience to qualify for the Contract and Vendor Management Analyst SR-Bachelor's Degree in a business or related discipline e.g. Business Management -Minimum of 4 years of experience in business sourcing and/or developing and maintaining vendor relationships. -Minimum of 4 years sourcing and contract negotiation and renewals for Telecom and Software. -Minimum of 4 years in high volume contract negotiation for IT Telecom and Software-In lieu of a degree a minimum of 6 years related work experience in business sourcing and/or developing and maintaining vendor relationships in the Technology Industry may be accepted.Skills The Contract and Vendor Management Analyst SR must have:Knowledge of Excel Intermediate level, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs and formulasUnderstands Contractual LanguageExcellent Reading ComprehensionUnderstands Legal Commercial LanguageExcellent Negotiating SkillsOrganizational Skills and ability to work on multiple projectsListening verbal and written communications skills with the ability to present information to internal teams especially the Lead roleProject Management Experience would be a bonus in this roleJob Responsibilities of the Contract and Vendor Management Analyst SR include:The contractor will be working with appropriate stakeholders to assist with IT LaborThe contractor will work with many negotiators on the team and will assist them with multiple tasks as well as their own deals they'll be shown what to doThe contractor will be digging into an Excel spreadsheet working in COUPA signatures contracting and purchase orders -Familiar with other Procurement modules like Oracle SAP then that will be good.They will participate in meetings with their team to problem solve and discuss contracts etc.The contractor will develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders e.g. vendors business and platformsThey will read through contracts and execute a purchase or market researchThere will be administrative tasks that need to be worked on as well because its all part of the jobEXPERIENCE in the following is a must
