As the Director, Strategic Accounts (Retail Channel), you’ll play a key role in growing sales, fostering meaningful partnerships, and expanding our presence across retail channels. This leadership role focuses on building trusted client relationships through empathy and collaboration, aligning strategies to create mutual success for both our company and retail partners.In this role, you'll work closely with teams across marketing, product development, and operations to deliver solutions that meet customer needs while creating a supportive, result-driven environment. We’re looking for someone who leads with compassion, inspires trust, and empowers their team to thrive together.The ideal candidate will be a considerate, relationship-driven leader who brings enthusiasm for building connections and nurturing partnerships. With a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years managing national retail accounts, you’ll approach business challenges with empathy and creativity while supporting your team to achieve shared goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Location: This is a remote based with preference to those near large metropolitan airports and up to 35% travel in the United States.Salary: We are targeting a base salary of $160K- $185K with bonus opportunity.What you will be doing: Lead key retail accounts by providing compassionate guidance and nurturing long-term partnerships through trust and collaboration.Drive growth by identifying shared opportunities for product launches, market expansions, and account retention strategies.Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders by being considerate of their unique business needs and delivering commitments with honesty and empathy.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to design solutions that meet customer needs and create mutual success.Manage contracts, pricing, forecasting, and inventory planning while ensuring efficient operations and optimized results.Inspire and support your team, fostering an inclusive, nurturing environment where individuals feel empowered to reach their full potential.Share valuable insights with leadership by providing thoughtful updates on market trends, competitive dynamics, and product performance to guide decision-making.
