THE POSITION: The Director of PMO is responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. There is a strong emphasis on estimation and scope definition, partnering with Business Development, PS Solutions and Customer Service Leads to ensure that the project scope is clear, written, and that roles, cost is also clear as well as forecasting. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with organizational goals and provide leadership in the areas of risk management, resource allocation, and performance optimization.Partner with Senior Director, Project Manager to be a strategic leader shaping the future of project delivery including drafting processes and getting buy in and socializing throughout Patient Services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
