- Provide team assistance and guidance for the use and integration of SaaS and internal systems
- Partner with departments to facilitate tool configuration and optimal integration techniques
- Manage daily operations of internal software applications
- Provide support and expertise to employees on systems software
- Administration of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Seismic and other enterprise systems
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and guidance to users on application related issues promptly
- Coordinate and communicate the change control process, in conjunction with team members and users to ensure efficient processing
- Monitor key indicators on platform health including data governance
- Provide Training and assistance to team as necessary
- Create documentation and guidelines to outline the appropriate use of systems for employees
- Lead platform upgrades of enterprise applications
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to improve and strengthen business processes and relationships
- Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
- Document workflows for Enterprise System
- Provide technical expertise to areas within the business as needed
- Other job related duties as assigned
- 3+ years of experience as Salesforce Administrator
- Experience with Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud
- Hands-on experience with all types of SFDC admin tasks
- Experience with ERP platforms
- Must have an extensive knowledge with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
- Must have an extensive knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems
- Ability to analyze and document complex business processes
- Excellent analytical, written and verbal communications skills
- Strong customer focus and ability to develop friendly and positive rapport with employees and vendors
- Knowledge in training and ability to educate and instruct others
- Keep abreast of industry trends within the technology sector
- Bachelor’s degree in CIS, MIS, IT or other related field desired
- Agile project delivery experience desired

- Microsoft Office 365 / Azure AD
- Atlassian JIRA / Confluence / Service Desk
- AWS - Knowledge of highly available, highly scalable cloud based infrastructures / AWS and continuous delivery
