Manufacturer of custom machinery is seeking a full-time qualified Welder/Fabricator, Machinist, as well as a position for General Labor. All positions have wages that are based upon level of skill and experience.
Duties of Welder:
Setting up projects from blueprints and complete with wire feed and stick
Must be able to read blue prints, work with design team and have good math and geometry skills Attention to detail and good mechanical problem solving abilities are a must, and any candidate will be expected to produce quality work.
Knowledge and proper use of the following: Power tools, band saw, drill press, grinder, cut off saw, and hand tools. Must provide own hand tools such as wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, welding helmet, etc.
Be willing to work overtime when required.
Duties of Machinist:
The candidate must be skilled in set up and operation of manual machine shop equipment. CNC set up and programming is a plus. The workload consists of light production and may include some machine assembly. The candidate must be dependable and able to work efficiently and independently. Accuracy and attention to detail is a must.
All positions require the ability to be a team player and to communicate clearly with other employees and management. Attendance and punctuality are extremely important to the success for all positions offered.
