Apply NowQuality Manager at Enman stamping The Quality Manager coordinates the activities required to implement and maintain the ISO-9001-2015 system. They provide quality training and utilize quality with continuous improvement tools to assure the effectiveness of the quality assurance program. You will be handling internal and external audits, customer complaints, corrective actions, etc. The candidate must be able to work as a team member in the continually improvement of production processes & procedures; work with customers to define and document their requirements. Pay will be based on experience and discussed during an interview. Major Responsibilities: Implement, maintain & enhance the Quality Assurance Program Lead by example as a Site & safety Leader Conduct internal/external and/or supplier audits Manage the non-conforming material process and perform data analysis Manage the Calibration/Recall Systems for tools & equipment Manage the corrective and preventive action process in ERP System, Plex Review & approve MWI’s work instructions Answer customer questions, provide records, & document customer feedback Manage the approval of suppliers, procurement of quality items & services Contribute to the implementation of new procedures based on specification requirements within the company Ensure changes to the Quality Assurance Program are documented by either revising the effected documents or reviewing the revised documents Minimum Requirements: 5 years Quality related experience, preferred but not required Management experience is a plus Familiarity with Stamping, Spot Weld, Mig & Tig Welding Superior written & verbal communication skills CMM Experience is plus ERP Plex System Experience is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications & Excel Group facilitation skills Ability to work without direct supervision The successful candidate must be able to deal with diverse work groups and work overtime, as needed Must be able to stand & walk for long periods of time Benefits: We offer a very generous & affordable Benefit package, which includes: Paid Time Off 401K with Company Match Medical Insurance Vision Dental Accidental Critical Illness Short & Long-Term Disability Company Paid Life Insurance plus additional life plans available Cancer Plan Hospital Indemnity If you feel you have met the requirements above, please apply & attach your resume!recblid 1oaizsvfk081x7ncp2m1yyk8y75te2Apply Now
