Job Description: Respond, assess, and fix daily maintenance work orders at commercial locations. These can include a clogged toilet, door issues, plumbing leaks, plumbing fixture replacement, light painting, small floor patching, VCT tile replacement, light electrical and various other maintenance issues. You respond, verify the issues, and if it can be fixed quickly you fix it onsite. If not, you take photos and provide the office a bid. Must be handyman, or construction oriented. Must have knowledge of basic tools, and be able to work efficiently unsupervised. Valid driver’s license with less than 4 points, and federal background check required. Forward resume for review.
