Employment Navigation Specialist/Service & Support Administrator

PRIMARY FUNCTION:  Under supervision of the SSA Manager implements, monitors and evaluates services, programs and supports which assist individuals with developmental disabilities to live, work and participate in the community in the most integrated manner possible.  They will assist the individuals and team to facilitate access to, and ensure coordination of needed employment services and supports from various systems and generic resources, including but not limited to Medicaid, education, vocation rehabilitation, workforce centers, mental health services, benefits planning and counseling services, transportation services and employments.
