Job Title: Electrician
Location: Findlay, OH - Onsite
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Some OT Required)
Contract Length: 12 Months
Pay Rate - $36.00 - $37.00/hr.
Job Summary:
We are a real estate services provider seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team in Findlay, OH. This role will be responsible for maintaining and supporting electrical systems in a commercial setting, including interior lighting, HVAC systems, chillers, and assisting building engineers. The ideal candidate will have an Ohio electrical license (or reciprocal), journeyman wireman certification, and commercial electrical experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair interior lighting, HVAC systems, and chillers.
- Support other building engineers with electrical tasks and troubleshooting.
- Work with Building Management Systems (BMS) to optimize electrical operations.
- Ensure compliance with NFPA 70 and other electrical codes and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems.
- Comfortably work from heights when needed.
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on electrical systems.
Qualifications:
- State of Ohio Electrical License or reciprocal OR Journeyman Wireman Certification.
- Apprenticeship training preferred.
- Experience with commercial electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical components.
- NFPA 70 credentials preferred.
- Experience with BMS systems.
- Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting.
- Ability to work from heights safely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
