In this role, you will work closely with clients to create personalized workout plans, provide expert guidance on exercise techniques, and help them achieve their fitness goals. Responsibilities include:
Conducting fitness assessments and developing customized training programs.
Leading one-on-one and small group training sessions.
Educating clients on proper form, injury prevention, and overall wellness.
Providing motivation and accountability to help clients stay on track.
Conducting client consultations to understand their health history and massage goals.
