Position: Director of Dispatch and Safety
$22.00 per hour
Job Description:
Make a connection with each driver and prevent/solve issues and concerns to ensure maximum driver retention.
Tasks:
Work alongside our current team daily to perform load procurement and driver scheduling
Compliance Monitoring/Enforcement
Schedule and conduct driver interviews, reviews, and exit interviews.
Required Skills:
Background in logistics
Proficient in load searching
Proficient in using Ternstreet/DriverReach and other various forms of current technologies
Keeping drivers files in constant current FMCSA compliance
