Data Center Operations Engineer

NOTE:This position requires passing a ServiceNow background screening, USFedPASS (US Federal Personnel Authorization Screening Standards). This includes a credit check, criminal/misdemeanor check and taking a drug test. Any employment is contingent upon passing the screening. Due to Federal requirements, only US citizens, US naturalized citizens or US Permanent Residents, holding a green card, will be considered.  Please note the role will require to be in the Data Center Facility 5 Days a week. This is not a remote role. As a Data Center Operations Engineer, you will be a member of the Service Engineering team that is responsible for global infrastructure design, standards, and architecture. What you get to do in this role:You will use your expertise in data center operations to engineer, implement, communicate, execute, and streamline processes including but not limited to security, asset management, deployments, infrastructure design, circuit management, capacity management and hardware break- fix.Help develop, document, and evangelize a catalogue of standards and best practices for data center operations.Function as the primary point of contact and be accountable for all vendors who operate inside of our data centers.
