Here, you will receive endless support and appreciation while building a rewarding career with one of the most respected healthcare organizations in the world.As a Department Analyst, you will be responsible for the analysis and evaluation of operational resources, services, programs, systems, budgets and procedures. Within the Credentialing Department, you will assist with various tasks required for compliance with regulatory entities and guidelines, such as the NCQA, Ohio House Bill 125 and CMS. Working under the Manager of Credentialing and the Director of Credentialing and Provider Enrollment, you will strive for continuous improvement and efficiency within the team. This position offers an excellent way to ensure patients continue receiving the best care possible at Cleveland Clinic.A caregiver in this position works remotely from 8:00AM -5:00PM, with occasional on-site meeting requirements.A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Analyze and evaluate operational and financial functions of administrative and operational units.

Analyze departmental resources, services, systems, budgets and programs.

Prepare reports based on analysis.

Conduct basic statistical analysis and evaluation of unit services and performance.

Identify program or service strengths, weaknesses, and financial impact.

Identify opportunities for service and program improvement.

Develop special reports and recommendations.

Assist with the development of operational plans, procedures and systems.

Review and evaluate current procedures and systems and develop recommendations for improvement.

Maintain awareness of and comply with various regulatory guidelines (JCAHO, FDA, HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or a related field and one year of statistical analysis experience OR High School Diploma/GED and five years of experience OR Associate's Degree and three years of experience OR Master's Degree

Excellent analytical, communication and customer service skills

Proficiency with Microsoft products

Experience with design tracking tools

Pay RangeMinimum hourly: $20.77Maximum hourly: $31.68The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
