Description Are you looking to continue to grow your accounting career?! We have an exciting direct hire position open for a company in Independence, Ohio. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing company! They are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to help manage the accounting and administrative teams at the company. They are needing someone with previous experience with managing and leading teams. Someone with strong general accounting experience, management experience, and a strong work ethic would be ideal. The daily duties:-Supervise the day-to-day operations of the administrative departments, AP/AR departments, and payroll departments-Assist with training and hiring across the divisions-Manage month end duties and processes-Help with coordinating the audits-Pulling financial and accounting reports-Assisting with employee relations, benefits questions, benefit deductions, and additional questions for the team-Manage employee expense reports-Assist with any discrepancies -Additional duties as assignedRequirements:-8-10 years of general accounting experience-3+ years of management experience-Experience managing teams across multiple divisions-Strong technical skills-Strong written and oral communication skills-Strong team playerThis company does offer a full benefits package; medical/dental/vision, PTO, STD/LTD, 401K, room for growth, strong working team, stable environment, and more! Familiar with Spreadsheet and ERP system
