Become a Help at Home Hero TODAY! As a Home Care Aide, you’ll work 1-on-1 with your clients inside their homes, and support them with the following types of activities:

Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning

Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals

Running errands, grocery shopping, and/or accompanying your clients to appointments

Eligibility Requirements:

STNA OR the completion of a Home Health Aide training that lasted at least 75 hours, including 16 hours of supervised practical training, and covered the required topics. Certification is not required, but must be verifiable.

Be in good physical health, including documentation of a tuberculosis test within (6) months prior to the first assignment (where required).

Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training.

Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements. Compensation, benefits, time off, and bonuses vary by state and location. OHIO ONLY - Effective 10/2/2023, $500 hiring bonus eligibility will be based on remaining an active employee with at least 160 hours worked. In addition, a second bonus of $500 will be paid to caregivers who work an additional 340 hours. Caregivers MUST be active employees at the time of bonus payout. New and previous caregivers who have not worked for Help at Home within the last 12 months will be eligible for the bonus. Caregivers transferring from an organization within the Help at Home, LLC portfolio of companies are not eligible to receive the bonus.
