Manages employees who develop, coordinate and implement property management and control activities.
Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
Communicating with internal and external auditors directly.
Working with Government (i.e. DCMA, DCAA, etc.) Property Administrators to address issues timely and escalate when required to ensure results.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
Manages, develops and motivates employees.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post Start is requiredBasic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
3+ year experience communicating and working directly with customers (cross-functional and external) to include Government representatives
3+ year experience with robust Root Cause Analysis, developing and managing corrective action plans
3+ years of experience in managing and leading teams, projects and workshops.
3+ years of experience leading project teams to meet project objectives and deliverables.
3+ years of experience creating project schedules which identify time frames for key project milestones
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
Effective team building skills, develops and motivates employees
National Property Management Association (NPMA) Certification
Working knowledge of the GOLD Property Management System
Experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) and/or DFAR (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations) and processes for lifecycle management of Government property
Typical Education & Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related workexperience, 18 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation.
