Material Handler Level 2As a Material Handler Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate movement of materials within the warehouse. You will play a critical role in ensuring that materials are properly received, stored, and distributed to support production and customer requirements. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.You will report directly to our Warehouse Supervisor and you'll work out of our Grove Port, OH location.In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our operations by ensuring that materials are available when needed and that inventory accuracy is maintained. You will also contribute to the overall safety and cleanliness of the warehouse.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders or other documents Store materials in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and inventory accuracy Pick, pack, and stage materials for production or shipment Load and unload trucks using forklifts or other material handling equipment Perform cycle counts and participate in physical inventory counts Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety procedures and guidelinesYOU MUST HAVE High School Diploma or GED equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or material handling role Valid forklift certificationWE VALUE Experience with inventory management systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Good communication skillsHoneywell is an equal opportunity employer.
