Compounder20-25/HourJob DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented compounders to join our manufacturing team. As a compounder, you will be responsible for measuring and mixing materials to form batches of personal care products, such as soaps, lotions, and body washes, for the filling machines. This role requires physical stamina as you will need to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.Responsibilities
Measure and mix materials to form batches of personal care products
Ensure all compounds are prepared accurately and efficiently for the filling machines
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the compounding area
Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
Monitor and adjust machinery to ensure proper operation
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the compounding process
Maintain accurate records of batches and materials used
Essential Skills
Experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Knowledge of production, batching, and compounding processes
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with forklift operation
Background in chemical operations, manufacturing, or sanitation
Experience in machine operation, assembly, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of batch making and packaging
Skills in carpentry, auto mechanics, or construction
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $50440.00/yr.Medical, Dental and Vision plan. 401K w/ 100% match on first 3% and 50% match on next 2.
