Our client, a specialized preventative maintenance company is seeking a Commercial Service Handyman to join their team. As a Commercial Service Handyman, you will be apart of the service team supporting small and mid-sized companies. Repairs
Painting
Tile replacement (ceiling, ceramic, ect.)
Repair and finish drywall
Caulking
Minor welding (gates/fencing)
Door replacement and hardware
What’s Needed?
2 years of experience in commercial/industrial handyman work, (schools, colleges, hospitals, residential mixed-use facilities, or industrial/commercial facilities.)
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass a Drug Test and Background Check
