Part Time Bookkeeper

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Part Time Bookkeeper in GROVE CITY, Ohio, United States. The chosen candidate will be part of our telecom provider industry, where they will be primarily responsible for handling customer credit applications and maintaining customer credit records. Responsibilities include: Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Maintaining accurate customer credit records. Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate actions in case of delinquent payments. Reconciling accounts and ensuring all financial data is up to date. Handling accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) tasks efficiently. Performing bank reconciliations and recording financial information. Utilizing data entry skills to maintain financial databases. Proficiently using Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks and reporting. Managing month-end close procedures. Processing payroll and maintaining accurate records.
