Reporting to the Director of On Premise, you will manage relationships with our foodservice distribution network and increase execution through our DSD distributors. Your main priorities include overseeing distribution and volume goals within the region and developing premium brand execution in channels according to our national strategy. Accelerating REACH and availability remains our department's #1 strategic priority. You will also communicate priorities and implement sales initiatives, develop annual business plans, measure goal execution, and monitor sales/POS.
EXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
5+ years of sales experience in Consumer Product Goods or FMCG, foodservice industry (Beverage Preferred)
4+ years of leadership experience
Negotiation experience
Distributor, Supplier, or Broadline distributor experience
Valid Driver's License
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
Travel 30-40%
