Job Title: Lathe Machinist $28-34/hr Springboro, OHJob Description
Set up and operate CNCs and Smart CNC Machines with Funuc and Mitsubishi controls.
Operate multiple machines simultaneously (usually 3), with run times varying from 5 minutes to 40 hours.
Deburr own parts as needed.
Hold tolerances of +/- 0.5.
Make slight adjustments to G&M codes.
Use micrometers and calipers to ensure product quality.
Work with titanium, aluminum, bronze, copper, and steel alloys.

3rd shift 11pm to 7:30am

Machine Set Up: Ability to do 3+ set ups per shift independently
Tooling: Ability to set tooling independently
Blueprint: Ability to read/interpret blueprints and drawings
Precision Measuring: Ability to use micrometers and calipers
