Candidates will start with the company doing end of line work while learning how the machine operates (DST)
The eventual goal for all employees is to learn how to be a line operator
Removing plastic tubing from machines and helping load/unload them
Keeping line operation in motion
Pushing, pulling and lifting of up to 75 lbs
Quality checking using visual inspection and potential tools
Checking machine operations and identifying problems with it
Must be indoor and outdoor willing, trucks are loaded outside
Will be eventually trained for forklift usage once direct

Additional Skills & Qualifications:MUST HAVES
At least 2 years of manufacturing or industrial experience
Mechanical inclination must be shown on a resume (this can come from tinkering with machines, construction, home auto mechanics work, home repair, trade school, etc This role is eventually to learn to be an operator which requires some tinkering)
Lifting, pushing and pulling of up to 75 lbs
Must be willing to learn how to use a forklift in the future
Must be able to wear steel toed boots, 6" high and be leather
Must be able to wear a bump cap, eye and ear protection for a full shift
