Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk for a company in Fairview Park, Ohio! As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will focus on maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and ensuring smooth financial operations. This is a direct hire permanent position with standard business hours, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. It does start off in office but could be hybrid once trained.If you have a strong AP background and are eager for a new role, apply today Responsibilities: Manage the full process of accounts payable to ensure all financial data is accurately recorded. Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks and reports. Handle account reconciliations diligently to maintain financial transparency. Execute invoice processing efficiently to ensure timely payments. Code invoices correctly to maintain the accuracy of financial records. This is truly an amazing opportunity to join a growing company!Requirements Possession of strong skills in Account Reconciliation, with the ability to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate financial records. Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP), including managing invoices, making payments, and maintaining vendor relationships. Experience in Coding Invoices, with the ability to accurately assign expenses to the correct accounts and departments. Familiarity with Invoice Processing procedures, including receiving, verifying, and processing invoices in a timely manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with skills in creating spreadsheets, using formulas, and manipulating and analyzing data.
