Job Description: Provide overall support of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for one or more sites. Request/test/implement changes to WMS applications that will support and improve the processes at the client's warehouses. Provide functional configuration and testing within the WMS application. Instruct users in the proper and efficient usage of the system(s) and notify/train users when hardware and/or software changes occur. Troubleshoot hardware and/or software applications malfunctions and errors, as well as user problems, resolving them or escalating as necessary. Interfaces with internal and external technical staff to define application solutions. Provide local systems knowledge and support to business stakeholders. Prepare written materials that document activities, events, systems, and architecture of WMS Systems. Other duties as assigned. Basic knowledge and understanding of Labor Management.
