Overview
Community Medical Transit LLC is a privately owned, non-emergency medical transportation company that provides curb-to-curb service to and from scheduled medical appointments. We partner with independent contractors in numerous markets to take clients to and from medical appointments. Contractors must complete multiple trips per workday safely, and on time while displaying a positive, courteous attitude. Drivers use their 4-door sedan, SUV, or van. Pay is market-competitive per loaded mile plus co-sponsored health and life insurance on the first day of the month following 30 days of successful performance. Additionally, drivers receive monthly bonuses based on achieving performance goals established by CMT management.
Qualifications
· Full-time availability with varying hours determined by client need.
· Clean driving record
· Must complete a background and drug screen.
· Must be professional, courteous, and customer-centric.
· Tech savvy, e.g., smartphone, mobile app navigation, etc.
· Must be able to work independently.
· Must have customer-facing experience involving interpersonal communication skills
· Excellent at time management and decision-making
· Must pass a company-sponsored defensive driving course.
