Hare Enterprises LLC has immediate openings for 1099 Independent Contractor Delivery Drivers and Drivers Assistants in Dayton, OH. We provide top quality products, equipment, and service. Our delivery drivers will be operating by delivering to residents and businesses in the Ohio region. We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to work as part of the team! Each route and delivery day is unique and entails an average of 8-15 stops per day, including but nt limited to residential, retail, and commercial customers. We are now accepting applications for Full Time Drivers & Full Time Drivers Assistant’s!
Pay: (Drivers) $175-$200 per day. (Drivers Assistants) $120-$175 per day (Final Pay is based off experience and delivery quality.
Double Route opportunities offered to our leading performers.
Schedule: FULL TIME (5 days per week) Tuesday- Saturday.
Hours: 6am-4:30pm.

Responsibilities:
Arrive at the dock on time to pick up customers’ orders.
Conduct pre/post trip vehicle inspections
Review verify and conduct inspections on customers’ orders prior to loading customers order information to ensure accuracy.
Use company vehicle to deliver high quality products to our customers in a safe, courteous, secure, and timely manner.
Complete all scheduled deliveries on route. Daily route stops are subject to change in quantity and frequency.
Handle and maneuver products of varying sizes and weight without damage to merchandise, vehicle, or yourself.
Follow Safety and lifting protocols during deliveries and conduct safety reviews.
Effectively use GPS and company software app to arrive at your destinations accurately.
Logging all deliveries and delivery attempts in companies app.
Work and communicate with operations Manager regarding these responsibilities listed.
Requirements:
Drivers must be 21 years of age or older.
Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Report.
Drivers must be able to pass a drug test and DOT physical Exam.
Drivers & Drivers Assistants must be willing to submit a background check.
Driver’s assistants must be 18 years of age or older.
Drivers & Drivers Assistants must be able to physically manage merchandise up to 400 pounds.
Drivers & Driver Assistants must be able to work in all weather conditions.
No CDL required! Company Vehicle provided! Candidates with previous experience are a good fit for this position!
