SERVICE/REPAIR TECHNICIAN
We are looking to fill positions immediately. Pay is based on experience, knowledge, and ability
Troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing commercial cooking equipment and/or commercial refrigeration equipment.
Reading and understanding wiring diagrams and schematics.
Preparing estimates for repair or replacement of equipment.
Confidentially assisting customers in making informed repair/replacement decisions.
Providing customer service and professional communication to all associates and customers.
Ability to timely complete work orders, estimates, and invoices.
Willingness and ability to perform calls on an emergency basis and on-call rotation that includes nights and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications Include
MUST have a valid driver’s license.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 100 pounds frequently.
Ability to climb and work from a ladder, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, and grasp to perform essential job functions.
High School diploma or equivalent job experience.
License or Certification in Electric, Gas, Steam, Refrigeration, and/or HVAC is a plus.
