ProHome is an international company which provides third-party warranty management services to new-home builders. Our branch services both the Dayton and Cincinnati areas.
This is a part-time position which will be responsible for conducting New Home Orientations with home buyers. This includes creating a punch list of items to be completed based on industry standards and explaining the mechanics of a home to the buyer. The ideal candidate would have experience in the construction field and be familiar with standards and procedures.
In order to be considered for this position, a candidate must possess:
-Dependability (including a dependable vehicle)
-Ability to work independently/without management
-Professional demeanor
-Ability to operate an iPad or similar device
-Strong verbal communication skills
