Hastings and Sons Concrete LLC is looking for motivated sales and management professionals to join our highly successful sales force in the growing Residential Concrete industry. Our Branch Managers go to pre-scheduled appointments at residential homes and conduct sales presentations design help as well as measurements and pricing for the homeowners project needs. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make an educated decision and close the sale.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners within the greater Cincinnati Metro area.
- Discuss custom quotes during at-home consultations
- Follow a value-based selling process embodying honesty and integrity
- Attend trainings and sales meetings when required
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Comfortable traveling up to 1 1/2 hours for appointments on a daily basis
- Capable of navigating various applications on an iPhone (required)
- Previous outside sales experience is not a requirement
- Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process
- A strong desire and ability to close the sale
Compensation:
- Salary Position with standard set draw + monthly commission
- Uncapped, full commission structure with current possible earning $80,000-$220,000 plus.
