LOOKING FOR: Maintenance Technician (Part-time, or Full Time)
20-40 hours/week
$24-$34 hourly rate
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
· Respond to resident requests promptly, delivering excellent customer service.
· Routinely inspect the buildings and identify potential maintenance issues.
· Diagnose maintenance problems and facilitate their prompt repairs
· Clean and prepare vacated buildings and rooms, getting them ready for new occupants to move in
· Do unit turns.
· Install laminate flooring
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
· With HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical license (preferred)
· Physically capable and available to work overtime if needed.
· Must be well-organized and can prioritize tasks.
· Effective problem-solving abilities.
· With good maintenance skills, the technician will know how things work and how to keep the place organized, as well as how to tackle maintenance tasks in a fast and efficient manner
