We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Answer and return phone calls ability a MUST!
Schedule and create work orders for service technicians
Coordinate estimates, inspections, and confirm appointments
Provide support to the Division leader
Organizes and maintains filing systems
Data entry and attention to detail
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong customer experience
Willingness to learn software program to track work orders, customer profiles,
set appointments and create work orders
Skills:
Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
