Medical manufacturing company in Springboro, Ohio is hiring! We are looking for another dedicated person to join us. We have an immediate opening for a full time Master Scheduler, (Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm). If you have a passion for excellence then we'd like to talk to you.

The Master Scheduler position coordinates the weekly manufacturing schedule while taking into account combined factory and distribution center inventory levels, open sales orders (backorders), potential product outdates and daily manufacturing capacity. Additionally for planning related to standing and special orders, customer evaluations, sample requests and inventory adjustment requests.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Creates and formats a daily and weekly backorder summary for each Manufacturing Manager while tracking new daily orders received.

Audits a monthly seasonality report while tracking the verified data for Factor I.

Audits ERP open orders.

Performs review and adjustment of stocking levels of finished goods and daily data updates in Epicor ERP.

Works with the Special Order Coordinator to monitor and schedule special orders.

Performs Distribution Center (DC) transfer process as needed.

Responds rapidly to requests for information on the status of products and their estimated ship dates (ESD).

Supports Customers Service, Technical Support and Sales personnel with timely information regarding customer inquires.

Attention to detail is a must. Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred. Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) is a plus.
