Starting Rate of pay:

33.36/hour

Shifts Available and Hours:

3rd shift

11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Shift Premium:

Third Shift - $1.00/hour extra

Job Responsibilities:

Prioritize safety as the top concern, ensuring all safety protocols, policies, and procedures are strictly followed to maintain a safe working environment.

Diagnosing malfunctions in automated systems, identifying faulty components, and repairing or replacing them efficiently.

Understanding and modifying PLC logic to adjust system behavior and optimize production processes.

Understanding and modifying Robot programs to adjust system behavior and optimize production processes.

Identifying and resolving issues with electrical wiring, sensors, actuators, motors, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, and other mechanical components.

Implementing new automation technologies, software updates, and hardware upgrades to improve system functionality.

Monitoring system performance metrics, identifying trends, and generating reports to inform decision-making.

Maintaining detailed documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and system configurations.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment using automation or an associate degree in Automation and Robotics.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Technical degree or equivalent to 2+ years of formal technical training required.

Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, with 2+ years of experience working with industrial automation components such as Robots, PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and actuators.

2+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and modifying PLC control logic.

Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and resolving complex system issues in an automated manufacturing environment.

Proven ability to analyze technical issues and implement solutions with a focus on minimizing downtime and improving efficiency.

Blueprint & Schematic Reading: Ability to interpret and apply blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals with 2+ years of experience.

Proficiency in CMMS software, MS Office, and industrial automation software for documentation and troubleshooting.
