RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform selective demolition tasks in residential areas. Dismantle structures, fixtures, and interior finishes safely and efficiently. Operate hand and power tools in accordance with safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment at all times (PPE).
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in selective demolition or commercial construction preferred. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. Familiarity with hand and power tools and their safe operation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work is a MUST. Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well in a team environment. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation REQUIRED
