Technical Project Management

BryceTech is looking for a Technical Project Manager that will be responsible for leading and managing innovative technology projects that support the mission of the Department of Defense (DoD). This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. The successful candidate will drive project execution from inception to completion while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities include:Project Leadership: Direct and manage technical projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of milestones, objectives, and deliverables in accordance with project specifications and goals.Technical Oversight: Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure project requirements are thoroughly understood and met, including overseeing design, development, and integration efforts.Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to ensure project success.Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, including resource allocation and financial tracking, ensuring projects are completed within budget constraints.Performance Measurement: Develop metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project performance and outcomes, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting notes, and technical specifications.Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and lessons learned into project management processes, driving ongoing improvements in project execution and delivery.Training and Support: Provide support and training to stakeholders on data analysis tools, methodologies, and best practices.
