Description We are in search of a Software Engineer to join our team in Dayton, Ohio. This role is centered around the development of software applications with a focus on AngularJS, Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and Typescript. The position offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid/remote setting, catering to both internal projects and client builds primarily in the retail space.Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain software applications using AngularJS, Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and Typescript. Collaborate with the team to design and build new software applications from scratch. Use Angular, Typescript, Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL to create robust and user-friendly applications. Work on both client builds and internal projects, depending on expertise level. Adapt to different JavaScript libraries as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and a strong development foundation. Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues. Ensure all software applications adhere to industry standards and best practices. Collaborate with team members to improve and innovate on existing software applications. Provide technical support and training to users when necessary. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Software Engineer or in a related role. Proficiency in AngularJS, Java, Typescript, and Spring Boot is necessary. Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational database management systems is required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Demonstrated ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly. Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices. Proven track record of completing projects on time and to specification.
