Bachelor's degree or Associate's Degree plus 1-3 years of related experience.
3-5 years of customer service and resolution experience
Experience with a customer database
Relateable sales coordination experience
Management experience
Knowledge of Word Processing software. Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook a must
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to pass a background check
Valid driver's license
WORK SCHEDULE Monday - Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. This position also has a requirement for holidays with each Sales Coordinator working at least one holiday a year. Holiday hours are 8:00 am-12:00 pm.
