Facility:Dayton Children's - Main CampusDepartment:Medical EducationSchedule:Full timeHours:40Job Details:The fellowship coordinator will be shared by the Pediatric Hospital Medicine Fellowship and the Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship. The fellowship coordinator will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the programs including daily operations, performing moderately complex administrative level secretarial duties including drafting correspondence, using program specific software and working with highly confidential information under minimal supervision. The coordinator will assist the program directors & faculty with the coordination of the fellows’ education, evaluations & scheduling for both programs. The program coordinator will assure the program meets the requirements in regard to Dayton Children’s Hospital compliance, ACGME, local GME and other institutional and regulatory administrative offices.
