Partner with Engineering & Operations to create new Machining Instructions Review and validate current Machining Instructions and make updates as required Support 3D printing initiatives Collaborate with Quality to ensure Machining Instruction inspection requirements are aligned with other system documentation Assist with data gathering to support capabilities analysis of part key characteristics Support departmental and plant continuous improvement activities and assigned projects All other duties as assignedCOMPETENCIES REQUIRED REQUIRED Ability to manage multiple, fluid priorities and proactively address business demands in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail Able to communicate effectively with management, and co-workers to promote strong working relationships and create an environment focused on teamwork Flexible with work and job assignments and willing to perform any function as needed Self-motivated and ability to work effectively and efficiently with limited supervision WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Pursuit of Bachelor’s Degree in technical curriculum PREFERRED Experience in Engineering Manufacturing Working knowledge of GD&T and metrologyParker is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
