Provide guidance on best practices for solution design and contribute to decision-making processes. Collaborate with the testing team to develop and execute comprehensive test plans. Ensure that functional solutions undergo rigorous testing to meet quality standards.
Requirements Gathering: Interact with stakeholders to understand business requirements and converting them into functional specifications.
Solution Design: Support Architect and Development team to design comprehensive solutions to meet business needs, including workflows, user interfaces, and data models.
Implementation: Oversee the build and implementation of applications, ensuring that they adhere to best practices and meet project objectives.
T esting and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of the solution, identifying and rectifying issues and bugs.
Training and Support: Train end-users, develop user guides, and providing ongoing support and maintenance
Documentation: Create and maintain thorough documentation for all aspects of the project, including functional and technical specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
Ideal Candidate Will Have
Strong knowledge of Data Management systems.
Familiarity with specific technologies including AWS, Appian, Mulesoft, and Java
Experience with modernization efforts in a DOD technology environment.
Experience in User Acceptance Testing and Functional Testing.
Familiarity with DOD testing processes including JITC.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Comfortable with client-facing responsibilities and facilitating discussions with client

5+ years of professional experience in QA, data management, or related background
Bachelor's degree required

Strong knowledge of Data Management systems.
Experience in a leadership role managing a Data Management system.
Proven experience in system testing and data management. systems and processes.
