Business Analyst

BryceTech is looking for a Business Analyst that will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing business processes, evaluating data, and providing insights to support innovation initiatives within the Department of Defense (DoD). This position requires a keen analytical mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to liaise between technical teams and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities include:Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights that inform decision-making and drive process improvements within AFWERX projects and programs.Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, define scope, and translate needs into specifications for project teams.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains within existing workflows, and develop recommendations for implementation.Reporting and Visualization: Create clear and concise reports and visualizations to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on project objectives.Project Support: Assist project teams in defining project goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with broader organizational strategies.Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of processes, data analysis, and project requirements to support knowledge sharing and future initiatives.Training and Support: Provide support and training to stakeholders on data analysis tools, methodologies, and best practices.
