Description:Individual will assist Brine Maker with process of making Brine which is used to preserve maraschino cherries.Responsibilities:-Opening up the plant in the morning/Turn on lights and water.-Daily testing of the brine/waste water.Pull monthly water samples-Assist in loading/unloading tanks and ponds-Setting up brine lines-Responsible for accurate record keeping. Chemical and raw material inventory-Monitor ponds/tanks/ and totes- Need to protect the company’s assets-Keep work areas cleanPosition requires a lot of walking as they have 67 ponds and a large manufacturing facilityWhen slow they will assist other departmentsSkills:Forklift, waste water, food manufacturing, InventoryTop Skills Details:Forklift, waste waterAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Must Haves:-Forklift Experience-Able to lift up to 50lbs-Capable of performing basic math-Self-motivated and can work alone-Organization skills-Work safely and have good communication skills-Bi-lingual is preferred but not requiredExperience Level:Entry LevelAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
