We are looking for another dedicated person to join us. We have an immediate opening for a full time Account Resolution Specialist I (8:30am-5:30pm, M-F) at our Springboro, OH location. If you have a passion for excellence and would like to join a thriving company then we'd like to talk to you.
The Account Resolution Specialist is responsible for business to business collecting on past due accounts while maintaining customer goodwill; maintaining Days Sales Outstanding within acceptable limits; releasing approved orders to Distribution Centers in a timely manner; resolving short pays; reviewing and approving/declining new customer credit applications. Additional duties may be assigned. This position requires excellent time management skills as well as adherence to high ethical standards of business in all aspects of the job, but especially toward customers. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Six months experience, training or combination along with Associates Degree in Accounting or Business preferred. Computer literacy in MS Office required.
