Job Description

• Follow direction of team lead and perform work processes in accordance to standard operating instructions

• Communicate to team lead, supervisor, quality auditors when standards outside of written standards

• Learn and participate in the management operating system including team participation and collaboration and understanding of SQDC metrics and targets

COVID-19 Guidelines: We have a cleaning crew that consistently cleans high touch areas throughout the day in addition to nightly cleaning. Facial Coverings are required in the facility at all times.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED

• Able to read a tape measure
• Good communication skills
• Self-starter – motivated
• Teamwork – supports & works with others- Assist other helpers
• Attentive to detail and alert at all times to ensure safety
• Works with the equipment and tools in a safe manner to prevent injury or damage to equipment
• Works well without direct supervision
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Able to receive and follow instructions.
